Beesvax brings the revolutionary concept of "Certification" introduced by epfhub to the Indian market.

The Certification process involves validating the candidate's skills, knowledge and experience through verification of related documents and a face-to-face interview by a specialist in that particular skill set or domain.

This process will be managed by Certification Agencies, who undergo a strict selection and approval process managed by Beesvax.

The Certification Agency can assign ratings and provide observations / comments against candidate EPFs. The Certification Agency, however, cannot modify anyone's EPF at all. Likewise, the candidate cannot modify Certification ratings either.

The benefits of Certification for candidates and employers are notably substantial.

• The candidate's EPF is now authenticated by an independent, specialized and approved Certification Agency and, hence has enhanced credibility
• The employer can save the time and effort involved in validating the certified skills
• Candidate can show proof of visible value to prospective employers upfront

Those companies who have the capability to validate (1) a skill or (2) the expertise of a role or position can register with BeesVax to become an approved epfhub Certification Agency.

Once registered, the Certification Agency gets uniques access privileges to Beesvax and can certify those skills which the agency is authorized to.

There is a user rating feature which allows employers to rate Certification Agencies periodically. The candidates can view the ratings of each agency and pick a preferred agency to get themselves rated in their skill(s). This process helps to maintain high standards in the certification process.
