Is Beesvax yet another Recruitment portal?

No. Beesvax is not at all a Recruitment portal.

www.epfhub.com is a service that enables creation of resumes in the EPF format. Beesvax is an associate of epfhub.com.

Beesvax offers a tool named Distil^® for organizations to extract and process thousands of EPFs in just a few minutes. It is resume management made easy.

Does Beesvax allow access to stored resumes in the portal just like other job sites ?

No. Beesvax does not hold any resumes or EPFs of candidates, except sample EPFs for Distil^® Trial Version.

Does registration offer search facilities within Beesvax portal?

No. Since Beesvax does not hold any EPFs, this question does not apply.

If Beesvax does not store EPFs, then where do EPFs reside?

EPFs resides with companies that use Distil, once it is shared by EPF owners, the candidates.

After creating EPFs at epfhub.com, the candidate forwards it to those companies who use Distil. Companies who receive EPFs can extract and process it to any search criteria.

Hence all EPFs received by your organization reside ONLY with you.

How are Certification Agencies useful to my Organization?

Organizations spend valuable man hours and resources to validate the skill sets of thousands of candidates.

Organizations receiving EPFs certified by our Certification Agencies would benefit from an independent, unbiased, third party opinion of the candidate's skill sets.

How can we trust the rating provided by a Certification Agency?

Beesvax has created a system whereby companies can rate the Certification Agencies based on how good the candidates are. This is similar to the popular user ratings system followed by many websites.

This ensures transparency as well as a healthy competition among the listed Certification agencies.

Can we ask our potential candidates to get certified by our preferred Certification partner?

This is your prerogative. Note however that these services are subject to charges by the certification agencies.

Can we extract EPFs and view the search facilities on the Trial version utility?

Limited extract and serach facilities are provided in the trial version. Extraction is limited only to those EPFs which are bundled along with the trial version. This enables you to view the search facilities available in it. However, EPFs created on EPFHUB.com cannot be extracted with the trial version.

Do you provide training and support to corporate users of Distil^®?

Distil^® is an extremely user-friendly product designed with even the most novice user in mind.
